During the 2020 pandemic, like many other people, I struggled to find inspiration while being forced to stay inside for such a long period of time. But when you start a new routine, you also start noticing things that didn't seem interesting before. In my case, windows were the subject that caught my attention. I started thinking constantly about how life is contained in windows in such a mysterious way. Sometimes you get to see people's morning routines through them, sometimes you hear some music coming out of them, other times you just get a hint of light, and at times nothing.
After having that thought visiting my mind for a couple of years, I returned to New York City, where I lived through the whole pandemic, and I decided to go around Brooklyn to try to portray this city's personality through windows in a way that speaks about its history, diversity and mystery.
